Paul Bosco

Paul Bosco advises clients on drafting, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, with a focus on transactions involving vendors and users of technology and technology-enabled services. He specializes in technology-related transactions including software licensing; hardware and software OEM, VAR, reseller and other distribution arrangements; consulting, services and development arrangements; joint marketing arrangements; and strategic alliance agreements.  

Prior to joining Mosaic, Mr. Bosco was the Vice President and Associate General Counsel of webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBM), a publicly traded technology corporation based in Fairfax, Virginia.   Previously, he was associated with two internationally recognized law firms, representing public and private companies on a broad range of topics both domestically and overseas.  

Mr. Bosco received his B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland in 1994, and graduated magna cum laude in 1998 from the University of Baltimore School of Law.   He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
